This week I’ve been test-knitting this lovely cabled shrug, designed by Elaine Knight of Knitwits. I chose a lovely chunky, merino mix yarn, in charcoal, and settled down with Elaine’s notes. It worked up fairly quickly, has a lovely mix of stitch patterns and is very snuggly! I took some photos, wrote up my musings, packaged [...] We had a craft fair on Easter Sunday, it was the second one I’ve done, so this one was a little less stressful – even if I did forget half my stock, at least I remembered a float this time!
